Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return of the item after receiving it.

Return Process: To initiate a return, the condition of the gaming chair must be the same as when the customer received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all parts intact. Please note that we do not offer free returns; the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns for gaming chairs that have been used or show signs of wear. You can unpack the chair and test its comfort without damaging it to ensure it meets your expectations. If you decide to return the product, please contact our customer service team at andyou@163.com to begin the return process. Our team may request photos of the product before approving the return to confirm that it is unused and resalable. Once we receive your return, it will be processed, and we will contact you if there are any issues.

Damages Issues: Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it. Damage that affects the product's functionality will be addressed. Basic wear and tear do not qualify. We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for any accidental damage caused by the customer. Refunds and replacements are only available for manufacturing defects and must be submitted to the customer care team within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days from the date of receipt, we must assume that all minor damage is due to normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the unit has been forcefully damaged or misused. If your refund is accepted, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Missing Items: Some items may be shipped separately, so if you have not received part of your order, it may arrive shortly. All missing items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.

Warranty: Our warranty is for one year and allows for one replacement of the gaming chair. We can only provide warranty coverage if the product has manufacturing defects, such as tears, leaking seams, or structural issues. Minor defects that do not affect the use of the chair after receiving it are not covered.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Packages confirmed as lost by tracking information will be refunded or replaced. Please contact us if this occurs.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before your refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Exchange: We only accept returns and exchanges for defective products. If the gaming chair is defective and needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our customer service.

Shipping: To return an item, please email us so we can provide you with the return address. Please note that we do not cover any return shipping costs; this must be paid by the customer. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
